What do I do if an item doesn’t fit?

All sales are final. Please make sure you read the description and sizing of the item before purchasing.

 

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived yet?

How should I take care of my products?

Each product has a specific care label that lists instructions on how to wash the clothing. Please make sure to read the care label before proceeding to wash.

 

What do I do if the product comes defected or damaged?

Please be sure to read our Refund Policy section Damages and Issues (listed on the bottom of the checkout page) to understand what to do in case a product comes defected and/or damaged.

 

I like something, but it is out of stock, what should I do?

Each collection is meant to appear for a limited time. If there is a high volume of interest in a particular collection, restocking will be considered. Pre-order options may be available for your convenience. If you wish to purchase an out-of-stock item, please be sure to fill out this form.
